Terms
The ground rules for using this site, the email list, the community link and the application form.
- Use the site, watch, learn and share links freely. Don't copy or resell the content.
- Videos and posts are Evan's own tests and opinions, not professional advice.
- The community runs on Skool, under Skool's terms and the community rules.
- Applying doesn't guarantee a spot. Paid membership has its own terms at sign-up.

Who we are
evanburger.com is run by Evan Burger ("we", "us"). By using the site, joining the email list or sending an application, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
- 02
Our content
The videos, writing, designs, logos and code on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to read, watch and share links to them. You may not copy, republish, sell or use them to train or build a competing product without written permission.
- 03
Not advice
Everything here, including model tests, comparisons, prices and verdicts, is Evan's own testing and opinion at the time it was made. AI tools change quickly and your results may differ. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or professional advice; check current details with the tool's maker before you rely on them.
- 04
The email list
Joining is free. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email. We may change or stop the list at any time.
- 05
The community
The free AI Builders Collective is hosted on Skool. Joining it means you also agree to Skool's terms and to the community's rules: the rules pinned in the group. We can remove anyone who breaks them.
- 06
Applications and paid membership
The application form for the AI Creators Collective is a request to join, not a purchase. We review every application, and sending one doesn't guarantee a spot. If you're accepted, the price, billing, cancellation and refunds are set out when you sign up: membership is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime; cancelling stops the next charge, and there are no partial refunds for the rest of a month already paid. Don't send anything confidential in your application.
- 07
Sponsorships
Sponsored work is agreed in a separate written agreement. The sponsorship options on the sponsor page are a starting point, not an offer that binds either side until that agreement is signed.
- 08
Using the site fairly
Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site, don't scrape it at scale, and don't use the forms to send spam or anything unlawful.
- 09
Other sites
We link to YouTube, Skool, the tools we test and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
- 10
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.
- 11
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Florida.
- 12
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
